This course covers every step of the estimation and billing process in building construction, including:
Reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications
Calculating quantities for materials such as concrete, steel, bricks, plaster, and paint
Preparing detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for residential and commercial projects
Performing rate analysis as per DSR and current market rates
Preparing cost estimates, measurement sheets, and abstract sheets
Creating and managing client and contractor bills, RA bills, and final bills
Understanding GST, contingencies, overheads, and profit margins
Working with Excel for estimation and billing documentation
